Direct Debit

Direct Debit is a payment method that helps you manage your ArvanCloud wallet in a safe and easy way without worrying about your services being interrupted due to debt. In this way, ArvanCloud can automatically withdraw the cost of cloud services from the user's bank account by granting permission, in a certain period of time and to a certain amount.

Activating Direct Debit

By activating this feature, you can recharge your wallet automatically. To do this, click on "Increase Credit" from the menu at the top of the page.

On the page that opens, select the "Direct Debit" option.

In the form, you must enter the following information to set up a withdrawal authorization from your bank account:

  • Banks

Among the available banks, choose the bank where you have an account and you want ArvanCloud wallet to be automatically charged from that.

  • Minimum Possible Balance

This value specifies when automatic withdrawal should occur. Whenever your wallet balance reaches this amount, an amount will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account.

  • Withdrawal Amount per Transaction

This amount, which is a coefficient of your Minimum Possible Balance, determines the amount that will be deducted from your account each time you withdraw. You can edit your Minimum Possible Balance to increase this amount.

Note that each bank has a daily withdrawal limit and the amount that can be withdrawn cannot exceed this amount.

  • Daily Maximum Withdrawals

The number of times ArvanCloud can withdraw the specified amount from your bank account in a day.

  • Withdrawal Contract Period

Specifies the expiration time of the direct debit license. After this date, ArvanCloud will not be able to automatically withdraw from your bank account.

After entering this information, click the "Confirm" button to be redirected to the automatic withdrawal agreement form. Here, by entering your bank account details such as card number, CVV2, expiration date, and dynamic password, as well as the code sent by the payment intermediary, the Direct Debit activation process is completed.

Notifications

Notifications will be sent to you by activating the Direct Debit and in the following conditions:

  • You will be notified via e-mail, text message, or panel notification when the Direct Debit authorization from your bank account is approved by payment intermediary.

  • With every successful automatic withdrawal from your bank account and wallet top-up, an email will be sent to inform you.

  • If for various reasons, such as a low balance in your bank account, the automatic wallet top-up fails, you will be informed about this by e-mail, SMS, or panel notification.

  • If the number of withdrawals in a month reaches its limit and your balance reaches the lowest possible, you will be notified via email, text message, or panel notification.

  • When the Withdrawal Contract Period expires, you will be notified via email, text message, or panel notification.

Note that receiving these notifications depends on your e-mail, SMS, and notification settings, and if you have disabled any of these methods or have an issue with their settings, these messages will not reach you.
