Quota Management

When you create a user account in ArvanCloud, you can use a certain amount of resources in each service, which we call Quota or resource limit. In fact, Quota is a predetermined limit that is applied in the allocation and use of resources. Implementing this limit is a common way to manage and improve resource consumption.

ArvanCloud Quota Management provides you with a transparent and efficient resource management solution by providing the following features:

  • Centralized Management

    You can manage and adjust the resource usage limit of all ArvanCloud services in a centralized and integrated way.

  • Transparency

    Consumption limits are determined based on different plans and displayed to you in the user panel.

  • Flexibility

    In addition to the possibility of automatically increasing and decreasing Quota based on plans, you can set these limits by submitting a request.

  • Wallet Management

    You can manage your costs and wallet credit by setting Quota in general or on each workspace.

Managing Quota​

To check and manage your workspace quota, you can go to the "Settings" section and click on "Quota Management" from the workspace menu.

In this section, you can view the list of all your workspace resources along with their quota. For each resource, there is an applied limit and a default limit.

Submitting Requests​

To increase or decrease the quota, you can click on the "Edit" button and submit a change request.

Decrease requests are automatically approved and increase or infinite requests are transferred to the "Requests List" to be approved by ArvanCloud.

Requests Result​

After the Quota increase request is approved, the new value will be applied to that resource and you will be notified via email.

Also, if your request is rejected for any reason, you will be notified by email. You can also contact ArvanCloud Support to find out the reason why your request was rejected.
