Accounts Settings
To use and start working with Arvancloud products, you first need to create an account. For this, you should sign up or log in if you have already created an account. After that, you will be able to use and activate Arvancloud products.
It is also possible to apply more advanced settings or change the user account information through the panel. To do this, after logging into your account, click on your name on the right and top of the panel and click on the "Profile" option.
On the opened page, you will see the applicable settings in the user account.
User Info
In this section, you can change user information such as first and last name, and country, or enter individual and legal information. For more details, you can refer to the article on modifying user profile.
Notification Settings
In this section, you can determine for which notifications you will receive email or SMS. It is also possible to choose the wallet warning threshold of your account in this section.
2-factor Authentication
You can use two-factor authentication (2fa) to secure your account more. The 2fa methods that can be used in Arvancloud are via email, SMS, and Authenticator Apps. Enabling/disabling these features is in this section of the panel. For more details, you can refer to the two-step authentication article.
Reset Password
If you need to change your password for any reason, this feature is always available in your user panel. To change the password, you must first authenticate by email and then enter your new password. For more details, you can refer to the reset password article.
Security Activities History
In this section, you can review the 90-day history of your account's security activities. This history includes actions such as user logins, deleting and creating resources, changing passwords, and similar activities. To view the activity history of your user account, click on "Security Activity History" from the menu on the left side of the panel and from the profile section. You can get more details by clicking on each activity. In this section. If you see suspicious activity, you can change the login settings.
Workspace
You can manage your user account more safely and effectively by using Arvancloud's workspace feature.
With this feature, you will be able to manage and access the settings of Arvancloud products that are active on your user account, along with things like finances and domains, by different users and through their personal panel.
In this way, you can create access to the user panel for your team members with financial or technical responsibilities in different projects, depending on the requirement. Also, through the workspace feature, you can create and manage your API keys with different access levels. For more details, you can refer to the Identity and Access Management article.
